User Content and Generated Figurines

You retain all rights to the images you upload and the figurines you generate using our AI technology. By uploading images to our platform, you:

• Confirm you have the legal right to use the uploaded images
• Grant us a limited license to process your images solely for generating figurines
• Understand that uploaded images are automatically deleted after processing
• Own all rights to the generated figurines and may use them for personal or commercial purposes

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images or generated figurines.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload images that violate any applicable law, including copyrighted content you don't own
• Generate figurines containing inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or circumvent our AI technology
• Use our services to create content that infringes on others' rights or privacy
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, AI models, or networks
• Use automated systems to abuse our generation limits or overwhelm our servers
• Share or distribute account credentials with others
• Use generated figurines to impersonate or defame others

Credits and Billing

• Free accounts receive 3 initial credits for figurine generation
• Additional credits can be purchased through subscription plans or one-time purchases
• Credits are non-refundable once used for generation
• Subscription billing is handled by our secure payment processor Stripe
• You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our AI figurine services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Figurine be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our AI generation services, including but not limited to unsatisfactory generation results or temporary service unavailability.

Our figurine generation uses advanced AI technology powered by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash. While we strive for high-quality results:

• Generation results may vary based on input image quality and complexity
